Building Prototypes in Figma

Working with both the digital marketing and development teams, I was tasked with creating app prototypes for our customers to manage their appliances at home. The goal was to ease the claims process and free up productivity for our advisors. The app needed to provide a quick, efficient way for customers with broken appliances to book expert repairs, adjust their protection plans and help with any future issues. The UI needed to be clear and to the point whilst making sure we optimised and user-tested this, and got genuine feedback from our target market.

Consistency across every touchpoint was essential to conveying our visual language from buttons and calls to action to the sections designed to upsell our products. I built these as components in Figma, creating a working component library that let the development team stay aligned with me on the visual direction. The app is still in development and has since taken a different direction; I look forward to sharing more as this home management tool comes together.

At Zest, I’ve led projects across rebranding, print, digital ads, social media, front end web design, and more, collaborating with teams like HR to improve employee experience.

Beyond work, I’m passionate about films, animation, video games, typography, and street art. In my spare time, I bring creativity to life by transforming walls with graffiti, honing my skills in typography, character design, and illustration. Throughout my career and education, I’ve always embraced new challenges and pushed creative boundaries.
